Richard is a Senior Partner with ARDEE DESIGN GROUP, LLC, which specializes in Entertainment and Architectural lighting design. He has completed projects across the spectrum for such organizations as Gaylord Entertainment, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Plaza Mariachi Music City, The Stratosphere Las Vegas, Belmont University, HGTV, Dance Theater of Tennessee, Middle Tennessee State University, Shop at home Networks, The Nashville Ballet, Actor’s Bridge Ensemble, Volunteer State Community College, Warren Wildlife Gallery, Albany Civil Rights Movement Museum, and CNN Washington.
Richard has earned his Lighting Certification from the NCQLP, is a former President and Treasurer for the IES Nashville Section, is a former instructor for the Tennessee Governors School for the Arts, is a 2015 IES Illumination Award recipient, and is a contributing member of USITT>
